§ www.netzero.net is a major free internet service provider (ISP) whose advertising banner reduces your viewing area by about 10%. I have used them since I first heard of them back in the fall of 1999. These days you're allowed only 10 hours per month of free internet time!
§ www.camdevelopment.com distributes their zip/unzip utility for free! It is very reliable, and it is what I use exclusively for Panzer General II and other things. If you want a brief set of instructions on how to use this utility, click here.
§ www.alzip.com distributes their shareware (un)archiver. It handles different archive formats including, but not limited to zip, rar, and cab. Because their free trial period has no time limit, I consider it unofficial freeware.
§ Yahoo!-Geocities and Fortunecity are two sites that provide a free web page. Unfortunately, Yahoo-Geocities limits viewing activity, and Fortunecity affixes their banner on top of each web page.
§ www.desktopgirls.com distributes free wallpapers. The one below is what I have on my desktop. I can work with Microsoft’s Word on the left side, while Donna Air keeps her eyes on me J. So, who is Donna Air? What do I care!
Typical male-owned site, huh? I just have to have a picture of a woman!
§ The two e-mailboxes that I mainly use are from Yahoo! and MSN's Hotmail. Yahoo! has a larger 6MB capacity e-mailbox and fewer incoming unsolicited junk e-mail.

§ Car and Driver Community Forum is, unfortunately, an extremely busy forum.
§ Vanessa Carlton, shown on the right, is another young babe who sounds as if she sings in the alternative rock style, but her sound, her music is pop. I discovered her while listening to Muzak, which provides music for some stores, such as Mikasa (where I work), Kohls, JCPenney, etc. I didn't know who she was; there were no disc jockeys giving information about the artists. Then, as I was shopping at Walmart, I briefly heard and saw her video. As soon as I got her name, I immediately bought her CD. After listening to all her songs, I give her CD a high recommendation.

§ Avril Lavigne - I saw her CD at Walmart. It said that she was the "Best New Artist" for the year (2002?). Since she was very pretty and it was an enhancedCD (TM), I decided to take the chance at buying her CD. I got lucky because I love it, and her. J Her music is alternative rock, by the way.
§ Need for Speed - Porsche Unleashed was released in 2000. This is clearly the best driving simulation I've ever seen. I recommend using a force feedback steering wheel, such as Logitech's.
§ Visual Basic Explorer Forums is quite helpful for Visual Basic enthusiasts.
